Frequently Asked Booking Questions

Clear answers regarding dates, deposits, marriage license validity, and rescheduling.

We recommend reserving your date 1 to 6 months in advance for peak wedding seasons (October through May in South Florida). However, we also welcome last-minute civil elopements and next-day signings subject to schedule availability.

You must obtain a valid Florida Marriage License from any County Clerk of Court in Florida prior to the ceremony. Florida residents have a 3-day waiting period (unless a pre-marital course was completed), while non-residents receive their license immediately. The license is valid for 60 days anywhere in Florida.

We know Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain or beach conditions require a change of location or timing on your wedding day, we work flexibly with you to adjust timing or move to a covered backup location at no extra reschedule fee.

Following the ceremony, Master Officiant Juan Carlos signs and seals the marriage certificate. We personally handle the expedited return of the official license to the issuing County Clerk of Court, ensuring official recording and issuance of your certified marriage certificate.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, corporate checks for real estate closings, and cash upon arrival.
